Hospitals run on the coordination of dozens of people across reception, wards, laboratory, pharmacy and administration. We're building the workspace that connects them.
Why we started
The work was never the problem. The paper was.
Walk through most hospitals and you'll find appointments in one book, rosters on a whiteboard, lab results in envelopes, drug stock in a spreadsheet and patient documents spread across shelves and laptops.
None of it is wrong. Each department has found a way to keep its own records. But the moment work crosses from one department to another — which is constantly — someone has to carry it there by hand.
Biomatrix exists to make that hand-carrying unnecessary. One organisation, its branches and departments, its people and their permissions, and every everyday activity connected in a single place.

Biomatrix supports the judgement of doctors, nurses, pharmacists and lab scientists. It never substitutes for it.
