How is Biomatrix priced?
Plans are priced by organisation size — mainly the number of branches and staff — and billed monthly or annually. Annual billing is discounted. We'll give you an exact quote after a short call about your setup.
Can we start with one branch and add more?
Yes. Branches can be added at any time without a new system or a migration. Your plan adjusts from the next billing period.
Do you help move our existing records?
Onboarding is included on every plan. Professional includes guided setup; Enterprise includes structured data migration from spreadsheets and existing systems.
Who owns our data?
You do. Your organisation is the controller of its patient and staff data; Biomatrix processes it on your instructions. See our data processing agreement for the detail.
Is there a contract term?
Monthly plans can be cancelled with 30 days' notice. Annual plans run for twelve months. Enterprise terms are agreed individually.
